The Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia at

detailed manpower requirement from Clients
including Job description, General and Tecnical
qualification, Cultural fit, Salary and date of
joining.

Generate adequate
number of resumes through media advertisements,
our own database and through network of agents.
Promote a positive emloyer brand amongst
candidates.

Identify qualified,
interested & available Candidates.

For candidates
meeting the criteria, conduct a background and
personal qualities.

Submit an electronic
package to Clients including Application,
Resume, Screening and assessment results.

Conduct Medical
checkups, endorsed trade tests and other Clients
approved formalities for selected Candidates.

Clients to credit
visa, emigration and Air ticket fees of selected
candidates to M.A. Travel Agency. Visa
endorsement, emigration clearance, booking of
Air ticket of selected candidates completed by
M. A Travel Agency.

After candidate join
Clients as per agreed date, Client to credit
service fees to M. A. Travel Agency.

Receive feedback on
each candidate from Client after 3 months of
joining. M.A. Travel to implement the feedback
and improve recruitmet quality.
